Refund Policy

FunkoTango offers the following refund policy for purchasers of tickets or products for the Funko Tango 2024 event:

Full Pass Couple and Full Pass Single Early Bird Purchasers: Purchasers of Full Pass Couple or Full Pass Single tickets during the Early Bird period (until February 15) are entitled to a 15-calendar-day period from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the amount paid. Refund requests must be received within the specified period to be eligible. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Purchasers of Any Other Funko Tango 2024 Ticket or Product: Purchasers of any other type of Funko Tango 2024 ticket or product, excluding those mentioned above, are entitled to a 5-calendar-day period from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the amount paid. Refund requests must be received within the specified period to be eligible. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Deadline for Refund Requests: All refund requests must be received by Funko Tango no later than April 30, regardless of the type of ticket or product purchased. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

This refund policy applies exclusively to payments made for tickets and products purchased for Funko Tango 2024. Any other refund conditions for other services or products offered by FunkoTango may be governed by separate policies.

By purchasing a ticket or product for Funko Tango 2024, purchasers acknowledge that they have read and understood this refund policy and agree to comply with it.
